In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * Assist with design and construction meetings * Prepare progress reports * Assist with RFI's, and submittals * Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders * Coordinate project and contract schedules * Maintain job record files * Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes * Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications * Assist Project Manager with administrative supportEducation | Experience: What you'll bring to our firm: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 15+ years' of related experience * E-builder experience * Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Must possess a driver's license Compensation: The salary range for this role is$110,000 - $150,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
