Description

Role Overview

Lead complex design initiatives and influence product strategy. Serve as a key design partner to Product and Engineering while mentoring junior designers and driving design excellence across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic UX initiatives across multiple products

  • Own complex customer journeys and workflows

  • Define interaction patterns and design standards

  • Drive user research and testing initiatives

  • Influence product roadmaps and prioritization

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions

  • Mentor and coach junior designers

  • Partner with executives and senior leadership

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating business impact

  • Expertise in UX research, IA, and interaction design

  • Advanced prototyping and design system experience

  • Experience leading projects across multiple teams

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives

Nice to Have

  • Enterprise software experience

  • Design system governance experience

  • Experience mentoring teams

  • Data-driven product optimization experience

  • SaaS, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Ecommerce background
