If you love ice cream, and want a fun job where every shift feels like hanging out with friends while running a smooth operation, The Udder Bar is looking for a Store Lead to help lead our team. This role is perfect for someone who's upbeat, responsible, and ready to take charge - without the boring corporate vibe. ### ### What You'll Do 1. Lead the team during shifts and keep the energy high 2. Train new staff and help everyone level up their skills 3. Make sure every order looks amazing and goes out fast 4. Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly 5. Handle customer questions and keep the vibe friendly 6. Open/close the shop and manage basic daily operations ### What We're Looking For 1. Friendly, positive, people-person 2. Comfortable leading a team (or ready to learn) 3. Reliable and able to handle busy rushes 4. Nights and weekends available 5.
