Job Description Summary
Ready to gain hands-on experience and take the first step in your career journey? GE Vernova is offering a Co-op / Internship Program designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact.
As part of the program, you’ll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your leadership and communication skills and learn the GE Vernova way within your assigned function.

Program Duration: Up to 28 weeks (approximately 7 months)
Job Description
What You’ll Experience
-
Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience
-
Mentorship & Development: Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities
-
Exposure to Work Environment: Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration
Where You’ll Contribute
Materials & Operations:
- Assist in material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization.
Engineering & Continuous Improvement:
- Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects.
Sales & Services Support:
- Help manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning.
Site Construction & Commissioning:
- Assist in site planning, progress tracking, sub-contractor coordination, and safety compliance.
EHS Trainee:
- Support EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site.
Procurement Trainee:
- Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination.
Field Engineer
- Support service, resource, and sourcing teams with daily operations, including outage readiness, cost tracking, and resource planning.
What You Bring
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics , Civil) or Supply Chain Management , Environment, Health & Safety), a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or Business Administration or a related Management field, as well as students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety.

Basic understanding of construction safety principles and key site hazards (e.g., lifting, working at height, electrical work, confined spaces)

Strong communication skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for project exposure

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
