Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationship throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Basic knowledge of platform system and tools
  • Provide best practices to clients
  • Strive for excellent customer service and delivery, ensuring any concerns/complaints are dealt with and responded to promptly
  • Lessons learned are identified and shared with the relevant teams
  • Engage with customer to promote software adoption and onboarding strategies
  • Provides renewal sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals
  • Manage book of business

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience: o Requires 0 to 2 years of related experience o Requires a bachelor’s degree o Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills o Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Computer/Technical: o Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook o Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications o Salesforce experience is a plus

Other Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills o Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary o Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment o Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  1. Normal office environment
  2. Extending viewing of computer screens
  3. Some overnight travel required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Frequently sits at a computer terminal and desk
  • Frequently walks to other areas within or outside of the department to distribute or gather information
  • Occasional standing; occasional lifting moderate loads up to 25 lbs.; frequent bending
  • Stooping, crouching while filing; occasional reaching, twisting, turning
  • Frequent handling of files, pencils, and paper; frequent keyboarding, writing, and other duties requiring fingering
  • Continuous hearing
  • Use of near/midrange/far vision and speaking to disseminate information
