Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Services Lead to help drive quality assurance strategy across a variety of technology initiatives. This is a leadership-level role requiring a strong blend of hands-on testing expertise and the ability to guide, mentor, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, development teams, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all test services activities, including planning, execution, and reporting across the organization's technology projects Define and enforce quality assurance standards, testing methodologies, and best practices across teams Collaborate closely with development, automation engineering, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers, providing guidance on day-to-day testing activities and career development Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation to ensure thorough coverage Coordinate with the Automation Engineering Lead to integrate automated testing solutions into the broader test services strategy Track, report, and communicate testing metrics, defect trends, and quality status to leadership and project stakeholders Identify risks and gaps in test coverage and proactively recommend mitigation strategies Salary: $120k

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in a test lead or test management role, overseeing QA teams and testing programs Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, test strategies, and test cases across complex technology environments Experience working alongside or integrating with automation engineering teams and automated testing frameworks Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how QA fits within Agile or similar delivery methodologies Proven ability to communicate testing status, quality metrics, and risk findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, qTest, or similar)
