Biomedical Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 3 Biomedical Technicians to join a large health system. These individuals will be responsible for performing routine safety checks, scheduled maintenance (SM/PM), calibrations, and repairs on diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment. Additionally, this individual will support the integration of medical devices with hospital IT systems and networks and enter documentation for all completed work to meet FDA, Joint Commission, and hospital regulatory requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• Associate's in biomedical engineering
• Hands on experience repairing / troubleshooting Biomedical or hospital equipment (IV pumps, EKG machines, vital signs monitors, ultrasound systems, fetal monitors, etc.)
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Experience in imaging (anesthesia machines, sterilizers, ultrasounds, etc.)
• Imaging school certification
• Miliary background
