Senior Technical Documentation Specialis

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties: Work collaboratively with developers, engineers and product managers to understand our products and make our products easier to use. Research, write, and communicate complex and technical information in a way that can be easily understood. Work with project team members (subject matter experts) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. Organize information for presentation in a way that makes sense for the topic. Follow department standards, templates and style guide. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, technical communication, or related field required 5+ years of related experience writing preferred Qualifications: Intermediate proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel and Illustrator or Photoshop required Advanced experience in writing technical documentation preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
