Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Financial Services organization in Greer, South Carolina on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position focuses on identifying and attracting experienced corporate talent across areas such as audit, technology, business strategy, data science, and business analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, sound recruiting judgment, and the ability to manage hiring activity for mid-level to senior-level corporate roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for mid-level and senior-level corporate positions across multiple business functions.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized roles in audit, technology, business strategy, data science, and business analysis.

• Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role expectations, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.

• Use proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and assess candidates with relevant experience in competitive talent markets.

• Coordinate the interview process, communicate with candidates, and help drive an efficient hiring experience.

• Evaluate applicant backgrounds and present well-matched candidates based on business needs and role requirements.

• Support talent branding efforts that strengthen candidate engagement and promote the employer's market presence.

• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on pipeline progress, market trends, and hiring challenges. Requirements • Experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in corporate recruiting.

• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer stage.

• Ability to recruit for specialized roles, including audit, technology, strategy, data science, or business analyst positions.

• Strong talent sourcing skills with the ability to identify passive and active candidates.

• Experience hiring for mid-level to senior-level positions within a services or corporate environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
