Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO. This position plays a central role in keeping executive priorities organized through proactive calendar coordination, travel planning, and responsive day-to-day support. The ideal candidate is experienced, resourceful, and confident managing confidential matters while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a CEO within a global organization. Must have experience with Board of Directors. This requires 5 days on-site.
The salary target is $130,000-$160,000 and health benefits, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and bonus.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and adjust schedules to align with shifting business priorities.

Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics.

Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time using designated expense management tools.

Capture meeting discussions, organize follow-up items, and help ensure action items are tracked to completion.

Support planning and execution of meetings and events by handling agendas, materials, conference setup, and logistics.

Serve as a point of contact between assigned executives and both internal stakeholders and external contacts, maintaining clear and effective communication.

Draft, format, and manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents with a high level of accuracy.

Respond to ad hoc administrative requests and provide dependable support for special projects and executive priorities.
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Strong expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive scheduling.

Proficiency with MS Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience preparing correspondence, coordinating conference calls, and supporting meeting logistics effectively
