Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce and telecommunications experience to support their product catalog. This individual will work closely with Product, Operations, Billing, and Technology teams to support maintaining the entire product catalog for mid to large business. This person will be responsible for documenting business, functional, and system requirements, creating user stories and process flows, utilizing Salesforce and Salesforce Inspector for data analysis and validation, and partnering with billing development teams to support enhancements and integrations. This person will also assist with testing efforts, data validation, and ensuring product configurations remain aligned across Salesforce and downstream billing platforms.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce Inspector for data analysis, validation, and bulk record management
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Understanding of telecom product catalogs and product lifecycle management
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, validation, and reporting
• Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and user stories
• Experience supporting large-scale telecom mergers, acquisitions, or product migrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce product catalog configuration and maintenance.
• Exposure to Order Management, CRM-to-Billing integrations, and telecom provisioning processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise product catalog management and billing architecture
• Experience supporting or integrating with billing systems such as CSG and/or ICOMS
