Corporate Recruiter

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Corporate Recruiter opportunity in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for Corporate Recruiter include but are not limited to:

• Partners with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions

• (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)

• Source passive candidates via a variety of sourcing channels

• Manage 15-20 concurrent searches

• Proactively assesses recruitment performance (e.g. offers report, time in stage, conversion rates)

• Closely aligns with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process

• Understands candidate's skillset and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals

• Partners with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g. knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.)

Candidates Corporate Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High-Volume Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring.

• Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience driving data-backed decisions with senior leadership.

• Ownership Mentality in a Fast-Paced/Startup Environment: Ability to thrive in an agile culture, take full ownership of issues, and adapt flexibly as a "utility player."

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications or other related field

• Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders

• Experience hiring for Corporate or Operations functions

• Working knowledge in using Oracle or other related Applicant Tracking System

• Data driven decision maker

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting is nice to have.

• Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 9 AM – 5 PM

Pay Details: $51.05 per hour
