Skills and Competencies * Strong knowledge of commercial lending workflows including loan origination, underwriting, risk rating, portfolio management, due diligence, loan documentation, and Know Your Customer and Know Your Business processes * Experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, pre-sales, customer success, technical consulting, or related client-facing roles * Ability to independently lead client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate client needs into high-level functional solution designs * Experience supporting solution design, project scoping, implementation estimation, proposals, requests for proposal responses, and contract discussions * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly * Experience with commercial lending, loan origination, or credit risk technology platforms preferred; familiarity with reporting tools, database technologies, and banking system architectures is a plus * Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset * Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.Education * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience * Fluency in English required; Spanish or French language skills preferredResponsibilities Partner with clients and internal teams to design lending solutions that support commercial banking objectives and successful customer outcomes. * Establish a clear understanding of customer lending goals, operational challenges, and future business objectives * Facilitate business requirements and solution design workshops to analyze loan origination and underwriting processes * Lead and support solution design activities, evaluate alternatives, and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders * Create and define implementation scope, process flows, project estimates, timelines, and supporting engagement documentation * Support commercial discussions regarding project scope, technical capabilities, implementation approaches, customer expectations, and contractual requirements * Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to formalize project engagements and ensure successful handoff to implementation * Develop proposals, statements of work, and responses to requests for proposal, requests for information, and other sales support activities * Share industry best practices, support product improvement initiatives, and deliver internal and external knowledge-sharing sessionsA
