Full job description

About our Company At Hyperscience, we believe that behind every document is a meaningful human experience, whether that’s a family applying for their mortgage, a patient waiting for insurance coverage, or a student waiting for their visa to study abroad. However, for far too long, organizations have relied on outdated technology and manual processes to handle these processes, driving up costs, slowing down decisions, and frustrating customers. As a distinguished leader in its market category, including a back to back Leader in the 2025 & 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Document Processing Solutions and several other leading industry analyst reports, our technology flips the script with an AI platform that reads, understands, and processes documents at massive scale—automatically. The Hyperscience Hypercell platform unlocks the value of an organization’s back office data through the automation of end-to-end processes, and transforms complex documents into LLM and RAG-ready data to power new enterprise GenAI experiences. This enables organizations to transform manual, siloed processes into a strategic advantage, resulting in a faster path to decisions, actions, and revenue; positive and engaging customer, public, and patient experiences; and dramatic increases in productivity. Leading organizations including American Express, Charles Schwab, HM Revenue and Customs, Mars, Stryker, The United States Social Security Administration, The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, and several others use the Hypercell platform to achieve a faster path to decisions, dramatic increases in productivity, and unparalleled business impact. Hyperscience is funded by top tier investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery, FirstMark, Stripes, and Tiger Global. About the Role: Technical Deployment Lead Drive long-term technical account success, deployment health, and post-go-live adoption across enterprise accounts by bridging commercial strategy, structured PMO leadership, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive End-to-End Technical Delivery: Own technical roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria to ensure enterprise deployments launch on schedule and meet customer business outcomes.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Navigate Product, Core Engineering, Delivery, and Support teams to proactively eliminate technical blockers and manage resource sequencing across complex account lifecycles.

  • Accelerate Adoption & Value Realization: Map legacy workflows to platform capabilities and track deployment KPIs to drive sustained usage, operational efficiency, and demonstrable ROI for customer leadership.

  • Fuel Account Expansion: Partner closely with Account Executives as the primary technical owner to scope new enterprise use cases, volume growth, and technical proposals that drive commercial expansion.

  • Lead Account Governance: Establish deployment scorecards, lead executive steering committees, and run technical business reviews with customer IT and business leadership.

  • Scale Delivery Operations: Establish reusable deployment playbooks, PMO templates, and integration patterns, while translating customer friction points into prioritized product and engineering requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Technical Program Experience: 5–8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Technical Deployment Lead, TPM, TAM, Solutions Architect) managing complex enterprise SaaS or AI implementations.

  • Technical Baseline: Solid technical fluency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise system integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot complex workflows.

  • Cross-Functional PMO Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing risk and resource trade-offs, and driving internal alignment across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

  • Account Governance & Workflow Mapping: Proven experience designing governance frameworks (QBRs, steering committees, KPIs) and mapping legacy customer workflows to enterprise software solutions.

  • Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical technical program management experience.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: Exposure to IDP, RPA, OCR, machine learning workflows, or enterprise automation platforms (e.g., Appian, Power Automate).

  • Technical Pre-Sales & Expansion: Experience partnering with Account Executives to scope technical expansion opportunities and build scalable pre-sales architectures.

  • PMO Certifications: Active PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
