As a Consultant, you will support discovery, analysis, and implementation, producing well-structured deliverables. You’ll partner with senior team members to configure solutions and validate outcomes. Your contributions will drive momentum and learning across engagements.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Collect requirements and perform gap analyses; support design decisions.

• Execute configuration and testing under guidance; document results.

• Prepare presentations and status updates for customers.

• Identify blockers and propose improvement ideas.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency with analysis, documentation, and collaboration tools.

• Ability to translate requirements into tasks and deliverables.

• Effective communication and teamwork.

• Time management across multiple requests.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Relevant certifications or training (e.g., Agile, cloud basics).

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is USD 124,142 - USD 160,655
