Robards 1st Shift CutUp Whole Bird Rehang Lead, $18.70 plus $2 attendance incentive

Job Details: This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Description This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Cut-Up Area.

The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the Cut-Up area. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis

Requirements Must have a minimum of 6 months work experience documented on application with one employer. Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
