This internship will provide advance consideration for a full time opportunity after graduation. The ability to build strong relationships is key for our Starlite internships. These roles are hands on and will work closely with our established project teams providing you a wonderful introduction to the industry and company culture. Responsibilities You will be working alongside the Starlite team supporting work across several active construction projects in New England supporting the work of several team members, your individual responsibilities may include some of the activities listed below. * Tracking man power, hours, and tasks on site for field verification * CPR, CCIP, EEO reporting and tracking for workforce compliance * T&M slip tracking and pricing * Change Order management * Tool and equipment inventory * Assist with Job Cost Labor audits as needed * Shadow PMs on site visits and estimating walk throughs * Update Project related documents such as Allowance Trackers, Histograms, PO Logs, Daily Reports, time cards, change order logs, production trackers, etc. * Assist with gathering and submitting new hire paperwork and tracking background check submissions for required field staff.
