Supply Chain Process Specialist

Job Duties:

Supply Chain Data & Governance

  • Monitor and maintain supply chain system data, records, and exceptions, with input from Purchasing representatives, to support data governance including Information Steward rules, tariff and surcharge conditions, and PIR and contract changes.

  • Maintain supplier master data and records within C360 and other approved systems.

  • Maintain supplier information and related supply chain data within our risk management database.

  • Assist with data validation, reporting, and governance initiatives as required.

Process Management & Compliance

  • Assist with updating and publishing approved ISO documents within SharePoint and other document repositories.

  • Maintain the ISO Master Document List (MDL).

  • Support compliance with ISO standards and internal process requirements.

  • Support ongoing process management activities across Supply Chain.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide backup support for Supply Chain Analyst responsibilities.

  • Assist with budget preparation activities and budget-related reporting.

  • Generate, maintain, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports as needed.

Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate and support Supply Chain projects and initiatives.

  • Monitor project timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure progress.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives involving Purchasing, Supply Chain, and related business functions.

  • Help sustain continuous improvement efforts through documentation, communication, and follow-up activities.

Department Support

  • Maintain Purchasing intranet and SharePoint pages, content, and user access.

  • Provide operational and functional support requiring supply chain knowledge and judgment.

  • Serve as a resource for departmental projects, process questions, and system-related activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of related experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field required)

  • 0-5% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Materials Management experience.

  • Familiarity with supplier management processes and master data governance.

  • Experience supporting ISO documentation and compliance activities.

  • Experience participating in continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of ERP, supplier management, and reporting systems.
