  • Evaluate and implement tools, workflows, and process improvements that create a more scalable and technology-enabled finance function.

  • Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments, contractor payments, employee reimbursements, expense review, and oversight of Bill.com workflows and approvals.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and oversee all activity within QuickBooks.

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and provide reporting to leadership.

  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments for employees and international contractors.

  • Partner with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors as needed.

  • Work closely with Operations, Care Concierge, and Leadership teams to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and financial management across the organization.

We’re ambitious and driven, but we also believe in balance, connection, and building a company we’re proud of. We’re a high-trust team. Leadership is supportive and available, but we don’t micromanage—this role requires strong judgment, follow-through, and comfort working independently.
