Our pediatric unit provides 24-hour specialized care for patients ranging from birth to 21-years old who have complex medical needs. Our team of nurse's work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary, family-centered environment and provide compassionate, professional care while empowering children to live their best lives. Registered Nursing opportunities at LifeScape include great features, such as: - Competitive Wages and 3) 12-hr shifts/week - Rotating Day and Overnights - Only work every 3rd weekend and rotating Holiday's (only 1-2 per year) - Schedule Yourself using our Self-Scheduling System - Comprehensive Benefits Package (for employees working 30+ hours/week) - Mission-Driven Work Environment - Empower children and families daily Some of the many important tasks that RN's perform include, but are not limited to, the following: - Performs nursing tasks for pediatric patients for both our medically complex and inpatient rehabilitation unit - Completes pediatric assessments, respiratory care, trach care, suctioning, neb treatments, and ventilator use - Communicates a clear picture of a child's health and any changes in their status - Serves as a primary nurse within a specific unit - Administers medications/enteral feedings - Promotes health and safety - Building relationships with our long-term patients and their families RN Starting Base Pay: $38.44+ Experience Make a real difference every day! Valid South Dakota RN Licensure required. Prior nursing and/or direct care experience preferred.
