5+ years of experience in electric utility distribution, utility construction, construction management, utility operations, or related fields. Strong understanding of overhead and underground electric distribution systems. Ability to read and interpret utility construction plans, engineering drawings, and project specifications. Experience working directly with construction contractors, field crews, or utility personnel. Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to identify field challenges and work with engineering teams to develop practical solutions. Knowledge of utility materials, equipment, and construction practices. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. Familiarity with utility permitting and right-of-way processes. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience using GIS, ArcGIS, CYME, Maximo, or similar utility software platforms.
