Fiberglass Pool Installation - Site Leader

Luxury Pools and Living is seeking an experienced Lead Fiberglass Pool Installer to manage job sites, operate equipment, and lead a small crew. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of a project from excavation through installation and keep jobs moving efficiently. Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a 2--4 person crew on pool installations - Operate excavator, skid steer, and job site equipment - Perform layout, excavation, setting, backfill, and site prep - Maintain timelines and job site organization - Communicate with homeowners and internal team members - Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards - Identify and solve job site challenges as they arise Qualifications - Prior experience in excavation, construction, or pool installation - Strong equipment operating skills (excavator required) - Ability to lead a crew and work independently - Understanding of grades, elevations, and site layout - Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) - Ability to work outdoors in various conditions - Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Pay & Benefits - Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) - Overtime available - Company truck provided - Steady, year-round work - Opportunities for advancement Schedule - Monday to Friday - Overtime and occasional Saturday
