Job Description

Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Technical Lead (REMS Applications) – Senior Manager, IT (in Madison, NJ).

Duties: Lead the design, development, and support of REMS technology solutions in collaboration with IT and business teams. Drive strategic initiatives to support digital capability programs from initiation through development and delivery. Perform the design, build ang delivery of technology assets that meet the REMS-specific business needs. Oversee the technical delivery partner team by guiding them through design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of IT projects. Ensure vendor roadmaps align with BMS strategy and build relationships with suppliers, partners, and vendors within the organization. Provide technical support for risk management audits. Review and retrieve data archived on REMS systems. Manage cybersecurity assessments and data privacy assessment requests to ensure timely resolution of action items. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, and seven (7) years of related work experience, of which five (5) years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Related degree and/or experience/skills are required.
