Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an electrical Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a major Space Coast project. The Superintendent will own one project and oversee Foremen and electrical field teams.
Project Scope
- Oversees one project at a time
- Typically manages 1–5 Foremen, depending on project size
- Responsible for daily field execution on the Space Coast project
- Project is currently primarily within the planning cycle
- Works closely with the General Superintendent and project-management team
Skills and Requirements
- Florida electrical license
- Strong electrical construction background
- Superintendent experience or 5+ years of strong Foreman-level experience
- Experience leading Foremen, crews, and daily field operations
- Ability to manage schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and field productivity
- Must pass required background screening
