Full job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full stream Program Management of new Coherent Transceiver designs, from initial product concept through delivery to volume manufacturing factory

  • Managing both the project plan with focused time based milestone deliveries as well both the product cost and the program development cost

Education & Experience

  • BS/MS or equivalent degree required

  • Position open to new graduates

Skills

  • Microsoft Project experience required

  • Ability to develop visual dashboards to support management visibility of the programs desired

  • Knowledge of business intelligence to enhance project dashboards desired

  • Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.

  • Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. across design, product line management, factory NPI and engineering critical to success
