As a Gem/Tec you will leave a lasting impression by being a class A team. Engage in friendly conversation, share interesting facts about menu items, or offer small gestures like complimentary extras or personalized notes. Providing an exceptional and memorable dining experience. The Gem/Tec attends the customer face to face, on the phone as well as making orders and participating in support roles throughout the restaurants.
