RBAC Analyst

Job Description

The RBAC Analyst will support the implementation of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) across an initial portfolio of approximately 100 applications. This role will partner with application owners and security stakeholders to analyze application access, develop role-based access models, validate access requirements, and implement approved RBAC structures within Saviynt. The objective is to establish a scalable, auditable access governance framework while improving operational efficiency and reducing manual access management efforts.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of RBAC experience
• Previous IAM experience with a strong understanding of identity and access management principles
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and combining data from multiple sources -Experience supporting enterprise-scale RBAC programs -Exposure to access governance/compliance initiatives -Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
