Job Description
Responsibilities: Process affidavit submissions and supporting documentation in accordance with client requirements and established timelines. Manage multiple client email queues and ensure requests are completed accurately and within service-level expectations. Respond to urgent requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Review, validate, and update legal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding affidavit processing, approvals, and corrections. Escalate procedural issues, exceptions, or client concerns to management as appropriate. Maintain accurate records and document account activity within internal systems. Verify information across spreadsheets, databases, and legal documentation to ensure data integrity. Track approvals, rejections, and required follow-up actions while ensuring all documentation is properly recorded. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Skills and Requirements
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, legal support, operations focused environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
