This Long-term Contract position focuses on turning brand and marketing goals into compelling environmental graphics that strengthen event presence and audience engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, develops original concepts with confidence, and works effectively with internal teams and external production partners to deliver high-quality event materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform campaign goals, product messaging, and brand direction into immersive booth graphics, signage, backdrops, and related visual assets.

  • Prepare mood boards, design directions, and presentation materials that communicate creative thinking clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Work closely with marketing partners and business stakeholders to build event experiences that reinforce brand identity and leave a strong impression on attendees.

  • Present design recommendations with clear rationale, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and strategic consistency.

  • Contribute fresh ideas that help evolve event branding and improve how the organization appears at industry exhibitions.

  • Manage multiple design projects with a high degree of independence, maintaining momentum and quality after initial onboarding.

  • Produce print and environmental graphics that are accurate, brand-aligned, and ready for handoff within required deadlines. Requirements • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio that includes event, environmental, or trade show work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Ability to translate broad marketing objectives into effective visual concepts and production-ready deliverables.

  • Experience developing brochures, branded collateral, and large-format graphics for physical environments.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Familiarity with vendor collaboration, production specifications, and design considerations for booth structures or experiential displays.

  • Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize effectively, and work with limited day-to-day oversight. Innovation starts with people.®
