Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data/Intake Specialist to join a team in Kapolei, Hawaii in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent role. This position focuses on managing incoming information with accuracy, consistency, and discretion while supporting day-to-day data intake operations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to maintain high-quality records in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Manage the intake of incoming information and ensure records are processed promptly and accurately.

Enter and update data across designated systems, spreadsheets, and databases while maintaining a high degree of precision.

Review submitted information for completeness and perform routine audits to confirm data accuracy and consistency.

Investigate discrepancies, correct errors, and follow up with appropriate teams to obtain missing or unclear details.

Coordinate with internal departments to clarify documentation requirements and support smooth information flow.

Handle sensitive records with professionalism and follow established confidentiality and data security practices.

Create and maintain process documentation to support consistent data intake procedures and team alignment.

Contribute to improved data management practices by identifying workflow efficiencies and recommending process enhancements.

Provide cross-functional support to colleagues as priorities shift and business needs arise.
Requirements • 3+ years of experience in data entry, intake processing, or a related administrative support role.

Strong accuracy and attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and validating information.

Experience working with data in spreadsheets, databases, or other business software applications.

Ability to identify inconsistencies, research issues, and resolve record-related discrepancies efficiently.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and gathering required information.

Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
