The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment. Essential Functions: Dedication. Plan, coordinate, and supervise milling and paving activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.Humility. Lead and mentor a team of operators, laborers, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Focused. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work performed to ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality expectations.Protect family and friends. Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on-site.Efficiency. Manage equipment, materials, and labor resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.Respect and engage. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project managers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.Results matter. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during milling and paving operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.Measurement. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor hours, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
