A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Process Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping transform how work gets done through process optimization, digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for improvement, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.

In this role, you will support high-impact initiatives involving AI, workflow automation, business intelligence, and process standardization while developing dashboards and performance metrics that provide visibility into operational performance. Your work will help accelerate Siemens Energy's digital transformation journey and support sustainable business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partnerwith business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, operationalchallenges, and opportunities for digital transformation. Lead processimprovement initiatives using process mapping and continuous improvementmethodologies.

  • Design,develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort,improve quality, and increase operational efficiency. Support AI andemerging technology initiatives that drive productivity and enhancebusiness decision-making.

  • Analyzecurrent-state processes and design future-state processes that improvescalability, compliance, and operational performance. Facilitate workshopsand stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, define business needs,and prioritize improvement opportunities.

  • Createinteractive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting tools using PowerBI and other business intelligence solutions. Establish performancemetrics to measure operational health, process effectiveness,productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.

  • Translatecomplex business requirements into practical technical solutions andcollaborate with IT, software developers, and business teams throughoutimplementation.

  • Supportenterprise initiatives involving AI, robotic process automation (RPA),workflow automation, predictive analytics, and digital platforms.

  • Documentbusiness processes, governance standards, work instructions, andoperational procedures to support process sustainability andstandardization.

  • Driveadoption of new solutions through change management, communication,training, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Stayinformed on industry trends, AI technologies, and emerging digitalcapabilities to identify innovative opportunities for the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, OperationsManagement, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1–3years of experience in business process improvement, operationalexcellence, digital transformation, automation, business analysis, orproject management.

  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate dataand business requirements into actionable insights.

  • Experiencedeveloping dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics using PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.

  • Advancedskills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

  • Abilityto manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced,cross-functional environment.

  • Strongcommunication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstratedability to identify opportunities for process improvement and translatethem into sustainable business solutions.
