About the role This role absorbs the operational load from Build's leadership. You job is to intercept everything that lands on an executive's plate (logistics, coordination, or the operational machinery underneath) and consumes time.
What you will do
- Run the day-to-day operations of the office across London and New York
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and travel without supervision
- Handle inbound communications and route or resolve what does not need the principal's attention
- Keep the team informed of executive priorities and ensure nothing gets lost in translation between leadership and the people executing
- Coordinate across the team on time-sensitive operational tasks so executives are not pulled in
- Prepare briefings, context, and materials for meetings that matter
- Handle commercial, financial and personal information with complete discretion
- Manage the systems that make the operation self-running rather than constantly managed
Who we are looking for
Someone who has operated inside a busy, senior environment and understands that the job is keeping things moving without being asked. You are calm under pressure, good with people at every level of an organisation, and comfortable holding a lot of context without making it visible.
Based in New York and/or London as required.
