Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our Miami office.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our caregiver team by developing creative local recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You’ll actively engage with candidates through our applicant tracking system, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and schedule orientation for new hires. Collaborating closely with our local branch team, you’ll ensure we’re aligned on staffing needs and keep everyone updated on applicant progress. This is more than just filling roles — it’s about finding the right caregivers who make a difference every day.
This is a hybrid position based in the Miami, FL area. Candidates must be able to attend the local office, community events, networking functions, and job fairs on an as-needed basis, typically 1-2 times per week.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

Professional communication and organization skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license.

Access to insured and reliable transportation.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required

One (1) to two (2) years of previous home care experience
-
Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
Physical Requirements:
-
Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements:
- Monthly or quarterly travel required
