Full job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Management and Organizational Development, the Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned business units. The Recruiter will partner closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience for prospective candidates and new hires. The Recruiter will also work with community partners to develop sustainable workforce pipelines.

EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

  • Proven ability to rapidly develop trust with peers and hiring managers.

  • Ability to prioritize heavy requisition loads independently and manage time effectively.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Understanding of all Federal and State employment laws.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. Familiarity with social media site administration.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience with union environments.

  • Experience working in an acute care environment.

  • Symplr ATS experience.
