Cleaning Technician - Military Housing Community Location: Fort Wainwright (Fairbanks, AK) Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time TDL Staffing is seeking Cleaning Technicians to support a military housing community at Fort Wainwright. This hands-on position involves detailed cleaning of vacant homesfrom kitchens and bathrooms to floors, windows, appliances, and living areasalong with cleaning shared community spaces and common areas throughout the property. Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but extensive professional cleaning experience isn't required. If you're dependable, pay attention to detail, and take pride in leaving spaces clean and ready for others, this could be a great opportunity to put those skills to work. You'll help prepare homes for incoming residents while also helping keep shared community areas clean and well maintained. The work is active and hands-on, with a mix of detailed indoor cleaning, common-area cleaning, and light outdoor property cleanup. Key Responsibilities - Perform detailed cleaning of vacant residential homes to prepare them for incoming residents - Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows, and living areas - Clean community spaces and common areas, including offices, bathrooms, floors, and windows - Safely clean high and hard-to-reach areas using ladders - Complete light outdoor cleaning, trash removal, and basic property upkeep as needed - Carry and maintain cleaning supplies needed to complete assigned work - Complete cleaning assignments thoroughly and efficiently to help keep homes on schedule for move-in - Ensure homes and community spaces are clean, organized, and meet established readiness standards - Maintain a clean and safe work environment Minimum Requirements - Valid driver's license - Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required) - Ability to lift 30 pounds or more - Background screening is a part of the hiring process - Must support a drug-free work environment Ready to get started?
