Full job description
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Business Analyst to support PeopleSoft 9.2 Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, support solution design, and facilitate testing activities.
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $64 - $68/hr on W2
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.

Lead requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and solution elaboration meetings.

Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define and validate solutions.

Perform impact analysis and maintain requirements traceability.

Develop test scenarios and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Manage defect triage and validate resolutions.

Support deployment planning, end-user training, and change management activities.

Support integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications.
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.

Hands-on experience with all four of the following PeopleSoft SCM modules:

Inventory Management
-
Order Management
-
Warehouse Operations
-
Manufacturing
-
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and defect management.

Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
