Staff Accountant

Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.

• Reconcile bank accounts, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.

• Maintain accurate records in Sage Intacct.

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting.

• Help prepare internal financial statements and supporting schedules.

• Support audits and ad hoc reporting requests.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Staff accounting or general accounting experience.

• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.

• Familiarity with account reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Excel.
