Full job description

About doola

doola is a dynamic company committed to simplifying the complexities of business formation, payment setup, compliance, taxes, and more. We empower entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to navigate the complex landscape of financial and regulatory requirements with ease, so they can focus on what truly matters: building and growing their ventures.

About Us doola's affiliate program partners with course creators, community owners, and coaches whose audiences need to form a business, think entrepreneurship educators, e-commerce coaches, and similar. Our affiliate revenue has been concentrated in a small number of high-performing partners, and we're hiring an Affiliate Manager to change that. This is a full-cycle, list-driven role: you'll build and continuously refine target lists of prospective affiliate partners to outbound against, own the relationship from first outreach through onboarding and first payment, and hand activated partners off to our Account Management team for ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine target lists of prospective affiliate partners to outbound against, including a defined segment of affiliates who signed but never activated or have gone quiet

  • Own the full relationship from cold outreach through negotiation, onboarding, and first payment

  • Increase the number of active affiliates sending converting leads weekly, not just the total number signed

  • Re-engage dormant segments of your lists with updated & custom incentive structures

  • Hand off activated partners to our Customer Success team with clear documentation once onboarding is complete

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years in affiliate management, partnerships, or creator partnerships

  • Demonstrated experience proactively recruiting and onboarding partners or affiliates, not just managing an existing book

  • Comfortable owning a relationship end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, and onboarding

  • Understanding of the info-business, course, or creator-economy space well enough to identify strong affiliate fits versus signups that won't activate

  • Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook

Bonus Qualifications

  • Direct experience in the info-business, course, or creator-economy space

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., PartnerStack or similar)

  • Experience negotiating performance-based or flat-fee incentive structures

Why Join Us

  • Build doola's affiliate motion from a list-driven, hands-on approach rather than inheriting an existing static book

  • Direct ownership over a revenue channel with real diversification upside for the business

  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the industry.

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development.

  • Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.

If you are passionate about helping businesses succeed and thrive, and you possess the skills and experience outlined above, we want to hear from you! Join us at doola and be part of a team dedicated to simplifying the path to business success.

doola is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
