šŸ‘‹ Meet knownwell, weight-inclusive healthcare for all. Join a dynamic company that is changing the way obesity care is delivered. We offer weight management, primary care, nutrition counseling, and health coaching. Our care model combines in-clinic and virtual care to bring support to patients where and when they need it.

Backed by $50M in funding—including a $25M round led by CVS Health Ventures with support from a16z Bio + Health, Flare Capital, MassMutual, and Intermountain Ventures—we’re scaling fast and expanding access to evidence-based obesity care nationwide.

We’re looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to our team, reporting into our Senior Data Manager. You will be responsible for partnering with business teams across knownwell to turn data into clear metrics, dashboards, and answers that guide day-to-day operations and strategic decisions.

  • Develop and support well-documented dashboards in Hex that give non-technical teams a clear, self-serve view of operational performance.

  • Run ad hoc and exploratory analyses to address operational and business questions as they come up.

  • Uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across the business, and turn them into actionable, data-backed recommendations.

  • Act as a trusted data advisor to the business, proactively bringing forward insights that shape priorities and inform key strategic decisions.

  • Hold regular check-ins with stakeholders to share project status, priorities, and team capacity, and keep them informed.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data so the right data is captured and available for reporting.

  • Contribute to the dbt models that power our reporting, helping keep data consistent, reliable, and scalable.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of analytics experience, with a track record of building dashboards and reporting that teams rely on

  • Advanced SQL proficiency and comfort working with data from many different sources

  • Hands-on experience building data models and dashboards in Hex, Omni, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI tool

  • Rigorous analytical thinking and strong attention to detail

  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical work in plain language to non-technical colleagues and executives

  • Enthusiasm for AI, with regular use of LLMs and automation to work more efficiently and uncover insights sooner

  • Ability to stay effective amid ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders

  • [Not required, but preferred] Working knowledge of dbt or a comparable transformation tool
