As a Solutions Engineer (SE), you’ll be a trusted advisor guiding customers through their digital accessibility journey. -
Provide feedback to Product and Product Marketing as the voice of the customer.

3+ years in a technical presales or solution consulting role within SaaS, DevOps, or compliance domains.

-
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) and API integrations.
-
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery models.
-
Excellent communication, storytelling, and discovery skills—you thrive on understanding “why” before showing “how.”
-
Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
-
Bonus: knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or other accessibility frameworks.
-
Willing to have some travel - up to 30%
