Primary Objectives of Position: Serve as a liaison between businesses/employers and participants. Conduct outreach through in-person engagement, community partnerships, and online/social media platforms to cultivate relationships with participants, employers, and community agencies, supporting project awareness and enrollment goals. Ensure employer and participant success by developing and facilitating individual, group, and workshop-based training opportunities that align with employer workforce needs and participant career objectives. Utilize digital communication and social media strategies to promote services, share resources, engage target audiences, and strengthen community connections. Essential Job Functions: * Develop relationships with community organizations, educational facilities and social service agencies to encourage enrollment in workforce center programs. * Conduct outreach presentations as needed with a wide range of audiences including high school students, parents, educators, older adults, transitioning job seekers at halfway houses, etc. Organize training venues, logistics and accommodations as needed. * Identify, develop, and implement outreach, recruitment, and digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to ensure proper quantity and quality of talent is available to meet employer needs. * Assist in all aspects of talent acquisition for local businesses and participants including screening and assessing candidates for technical and soft skills to assess suitability and fit...
