Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead daily construction operations on a federal renovation project at Fort Bliss. This individual will oversee field activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial, institutional, military, or federal construction projects and can effectively lead multiple trades in an active construction environment. This is a fully onsite role requiring 5+ days a week onsite.

Responsibilities -Lead daily onsite construction operations for a federal dormitory renovation project. -Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and trade coordination activities. -Oversee MEP installation, sequencing, testing, and commissioning efforts. -Maintain project schedules and resolve field issues impacting progress. -Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. -Conduct site walks, coordination meetings, and progress updates. -Ensure quality standards and contract requirements are met. -Coordinate inspections, punch list activities, and project closeout. -Enforce OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety requirements. -Maintain daily reports and project documentation. -Partner with project management to drive project completion and turnover.

Skills and Requirements

•10+ years of construction superintendent experience •Experience with MEP and commissioning •Experience overseeing federal construction projects (USACE preferred) •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications •Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades •OSHA 30 Certification •Previous USACE project experience •EM 385-1-1 knowledge or compliance experience •Experience with occupied facility renovations •Military base or secure facility construction experience •Procore or similar construction management software experience
