Part-Time Bookkeeper (Ongoing Opportunity)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper for an ongoing opportunity supporting organizations in a nonprofit and/or church environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in mission-driven settings and can manage a variety of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Code and process invoices accurately

• Manage payroll processing and related reporting

• Maintain financial records and assist with general ledger activities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks

• Handle general bookkeeping duties as needed

• Assist with maintaining organized and accurate financial documentation

Requirements

• Experience working in a nonprofit, church, or similar community-focused setting preferred

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop

• Strong understanding of general bookkeeping and accounting processes

• Experience with reconciliations, invoice coding, payroll, and other core accounting functions

• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
