You will focus on three priority areas:

Evolve Salesforce as a platform product, creating scalable capabilities that enable teams across Capital One to build and deliver better experiences.

  • AI Prototyping & Publishing Platform: Lead the zero-to-one product strategy and rollout of Capital One Pages, an internal platform built to democratize web publishing and rapid experimentation across 100,000+ associates. Enable teams to seamlessly take AI-generated prototypes, interactive tools, and technical documentation from local environments to production-ready enterprise artifacts with zero deployment overhead.

You will partner closely with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, and Cybersecurity leaders to translate strategy into execution and deliver simple, intuitive experiences at enterprise scale.

Most importantly, you will build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers, fostering a culture of high agency, customer obsession, rigorous product thinking, and strong execution.

  • Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

  • Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to independently deliver key product milestones, solve complex problems, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

  • Experience bringing at least one internal developer tool, self-service hosting platform, or infrastructure product from concept to launch.

  • Experience regularly presenting strategies to and securing alignment from VP+ executives, cybersecurity leads, and risk partners.

  • Track record of managing or scaling enterprise SaaS collaboration platforms or technical developer products across large user bases.

  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, performance management, and career development for product managers.
