Workday HCM Architect

Job Description

A state and local client is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Architect to support a recently implemented Workday environment. This individual will play a key role in post-go-live stabilization efforts, supporting HR operations, resolving system issues, and maintaining Workday configurations across Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration experience and be comfortable managing and optimizing Workday organizational structures in a complex environment.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience. Strong configuration experience within:

• Core HCM

• Compensation

• Recruiting Extensive experience managing and configuring Workday organizational structures. Experience with:

• Supervisory Organizations

• Staffing Models

• Position Management

• Cost Centers

• Job Profiles

• Organization Assignments Previous experience supporting a Workday environment after go-live. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Ability to work directly with HR stakeholders and translate business requirements into system solutions. Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields Workday Security Administration State and Local Government experience
