Job Summary

Arcosa Construction Products Group is seeking a dependable Field IT Support Technician based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ regional office to provide hands-on technical support across our Quarry, Asphalt, and Recycling plant locations. This role supports day-to-day IT operations in industrial and outdoor environments, ensuring reliable technology that enables safe and efficient plant operations.

Day to Day

• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations while working in active aggregate, recycling, and asphalt plant environments

• Provide onsite IT support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic network equipment at plant and field locations

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues following established IT standards and procedures

• Support plant‑critical systems including scale and loadout systems, rugged tablets, GPS units, Zebra printers, and other operational technology used in aggregates, recycling, and asphalt production

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks, including CAT6 cabling in industrial settings

• Respond to and manage Service Desk tickets in ServiceNow, documenting resolutions and escalating complex issues as needed

• Track, manage, and maintain IT assets across assigned aggregate, recycling, and asphalt plant locations

• Assist plant personnel with basic IT training and cybersecurity best practices

• Work safely in outdoor, dusty, and heavy‑industrial environments while supporting safety‑related and operational technology

About You

• 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in field or industrial settings

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking

• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)

• Comfort working independently and traveling up to 75%

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to work in outdoor, dusty, and industrial environments

Preferred

• Associate degree or CompTIA A+ / Network+ Experience with VOIP phones, IP cameras/NVRs, Zebra printers, and Apple iOS devices

• Background supporting manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations

Compensation

$64,554 - $82,362
