We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Central Input Analyst I to join our Central Operations team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with technology, supporting others, and making an impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

As a Central Input Analyst I, you'll play a key role in supporting branches across our organization by processing requests, maintaining account information, and ensuring operational accuracy. You'll work closely with internal customers and help safeguard the quality and integrity of our banking systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing account maintenance requests and updates for all account types.

  • Reviewing and resolving non-posted transactions.

  • Performing debit card maintenance reviews.

  • Conducting quality assurance reviews of work completed by team members.

  • Reviewing business analytics reports as assigned.

  • Assisting branch personnel with account setup, account changes, and operational inquiries.

  • Cross-training in additional operational functions to support team success.

  • Maintaining compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Experience with the Fiserv banking platform.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
