Second Shift
Monday- Friday 8pm-5am
Location: East Longmeadow, MA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $90,000

Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor on our second shift, you’ll be an essential part of our Global Tools & Storage team, leading manufacturing activities onsite. You’ll drive a culture of safety, lead continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of approximately 30 employees in a dynamic production environment.

Foster a safe and engaging workplace by promoting safety practices and transparent communication.

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
-
Lead safety initiatives, including incident investigations and corrective actions.

Support and implement Lean and continuous improvement activities.
-
Develop expertise in production equipment and processes to support business objectives.

Manage inventory accuracy and related transactions.

Oversee employee performance, providing coaching and conducting annual reviews.

Drive initiatives for process optimization and operational excellence.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to manage inventory and lead in high-energy settings.
-
Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
