Full job description
About Kastle Kastle is building the AI employee for banks. Our AI agents help financial institutions originate loans, process payments, and support customers through some of their most important financial decisions. We’ve processed more than $2 billion in transactions and raised a $24M Series A, with backing from Insight Partners and Y Combinator. We’re building a global company, and bringing our customers and future customers together will be a major part of how we grow. About the Role Kastle will run 50+ events across North America in 2027. We’re looking for an Events & Experiences Lead to own the program and make every event exceptional. You’ll build experiences that senior banking and lending executives make time for, remember, and tell their peers about. From a private dinner for twelve to a major industry conference, you’ll own the idea, the audience, the execution, and the results. You’ll work directly with our founders, sales team, and customers. This is a hands-on role for someone with excellent taste, operational discipline, and the energy to run an ambitious international calendar. What You’ll Do
-
Own the global events calendar. Decide where we show up, what we host, and how each event supports our target accounts and markets. Manage overlapping schedules, budgets, and deadlines across regions.
-
Create experiences worth attending. Develop executive dinners, customer gatherings, roadshows, conference activations, and distinctive experiences that give people a compelling reason to join us.
-
Get the right people in the room. Partner with sales on account lists, personal invitations, outreach, and meeting bookings. Own registration and attendance.
-
Set the quality bar. Make thoughtful choices about venues, food, programming, design, and hospitality. Carry that standard through invitations, arrival, introductions, and departure.
-
Make customers central to the experience. Bring customers and prospects together for honest conversations. Prepare customer speakers and create space for people to learn from one another.
-
Run production from start to finish. Source venues, negotiate vendor agreements, manage agencies and local crews, coordinate shipping and travel, and own on-site execution.
-
Prepare for everything. Build detailed event schedules, brief every team member, rehearse presentations and demos, and have workable backup plans. Stay calm and make decisions when circumstances change.
-
Turn events into business. Agree on goals and follow-up owners before each event. Track target-account attendance, qualified meetings, opportunities created, deal progression, and spend.
-
Build a program that scales. Create repeatable formats, reliable vendor relationships, and clear operating processes. Review every event and use what you learn to improve the next one.
-
Extend the impact. Work with marketing to turn event conversations, customer stories, and approved photography and video into content that keeps reaching people afterward.
Who You Are
-
You’ve owned the work. You have 4+ years in B2B events, field marketing, or experiential marketing, with examples of programs you personally delivered.
-
You have excellent taste. You can create an experience that feels distinctive and appropriate for a senior audience.
-
You’re exceptionally organized. You can manage dozens of moving parts across multiple events without losing details or deadlines.
-
You’re commercially minded. You understand how events build relationships and help enterprise sales teams win business.
-
You’re a natural host. You notice who needs an introduction, who has been left out, and what would make a guest feel welcome.
-
You’re resourceful and decisive. You negotiate well, hold vendors accountable, and solve problems quickly.
-
You take full ownership. You can build the plan, rally the team, and stay through the final breakdown.
-
You enjoy being in the field. You’re comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel and evening or weekend work around events.
Experience delivering international events, working with executive audiences, or building an events program at a growing technology company is especially valuable. Why Join Kastle
-
Build Kastle’s global events and experiences program from an early stage.
-
Work directly with founders and leaders shaping the future of financial services.
-
Have meaningful creative ownership and clear responsibility for results.
-
Work with some of the most talented people on the planet.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, health and wellness membership support, company meals, and team offsites. At Kastle, we’re building at the edge of AI - fast, focused, and with real ownership. Sprints and major launches move quickly, and we look for people who are energized by that pace. Our team typically works around 60 hours per week, beginning at 8:00 AM, with five days spent collaborating in person at our San Francisco office.
